Caregivers Support Group

Join us every Friday in a Sage-ing support group specifically for caregivers.

3:00 - 4:30 pm, EST / 2:00 - 3:30 pm, CST

1:00 – 2:30 pm, MST / 12:00 - 1:30 pm, PST

Many of us become caregivers in our Sage-ing years, sometimes expectedly or sometimes in an unexpected, sudden way. Caregivers can experience burnout and even depression as they put their lives on hold to take care of a loved one. Megan Carnarius, author of a book on Alzheimers, writes, "Self-care is essential. If you don't take downtime, you will likely experience an erosion in your ability to be patient, present, and creative in your work." Caregiving can also be very busy yet also lonely.
